As a women’s wellbeing coach I’ve done the training to provide the assessment, analyse the results and help you to make positive lifestyle change. And I’ve done the assessment myself. It’s insightful, accurate, data driven and evidenced based.

How you actually feel physically and emotionally plays a significant part in identifying how well or healthy you are. But, sometimes like any of us, you can choose to ignore ‘the signs’. Knowing that, I’m a strong advocate of being able to actually visualise your personal state of health and well-being.
Being able to measure how your lifestyle is impacting on your work performance, leisure time and sleep, and analysing and sharing the results with you, is what this unique assessment is all about. It provides a powerful visual tool for change that can help motivate you set priorities and an action plan for improving your health and well-being.

The Firstbeat Lifestyle Assessment is easy to do. Here’s how it works:
- You’ll wear a small lightweight device for 3 days (the device isn’t waterproof so there are a few times when you’ll need to remove it and put back on later).
- The device will record your Heartbeat and also the time (in milliseconds) between each beat, which is known as Heart Rate Variability (HRV) over the 3 days.
- When the 3 days is complete you return your device and the data from it is downloaded and analysed.
- Once that’s done I’ll let you know and we’ll go through your results together and help you create a personal action plan for positive lifestyle change.
