Great health and wellbeing is my own top priority, and I love helping women to rediscover theirs.
Back in 2014, it was a different story. I was in a desperate position, barely able to walk following a partial spinal injury. Gripped by ongoing pain, I was also showing signs of burnout from trying to continue to perform in a high pressure work environment.
But, just when I thought it couldn’t get worse I hit what I call ‘peak menopause’. It felt like I was in a mid-life circle of hell!
Change, however unplanned or unwanted, can be positive.

What qualifies me to help you?
- The lived experience of my own healing journey, applying my own health and wellbeing knowledge, and help from an amazing support team.
- My healing experience puts me in a unique position to empathise with and understand what you’re experiencing.
- I’m a certified coach with an ICF Accredited Diploma in Transformation Coaching from Animas, London and member of the Association for Coaching.
- A previous career as a nurse and a leader in corporate health and wellbeing. Both give me a deep insight and knowledge of physical and emotional health and wellbeing.
I know what you can achieve when you are healthy and well in every sense, and I love working with women who are ready to embrace their whole health and wellbeing.

I offer coaching online via Zoom enabling you to work with me from the comfort of your own private space whilst also being fully supported, and also offer 1-2-1 private retreats.
